TikTok Shop | Black Friday & Cyber Monday Campaign

A couple weeks before Cyber Monday, the folks at Belief Agency pulled me in to animate some videos for TikTok Shop’s Black Friday & Cyber Monday campaign.
The challenge presented in the first was bringing in the videos of the influencers in a way that matched the flow and movement of the animation.





In the second video I used a rig developed by one of the Belief Agency animators to animate the ad below. While the original design boards established the grid layout, we went through several revisions to keep up with copy and design changes.


The third video, which played at charging stations required a subtle touch, as the platform guides requested simple, slower animation.
After trying featuring several products, we changed gears to create a more interesting carousel of products within shapes.
